Feargal joined ICC Bank in 1989 and since then has built his career on lending to Small and Medium size business across Ireland. Feargal’s expertise ranges from Corporate Strategy to Sectoral Banking in areas such as Agriculture, Food, Hotels and SME family businesses.  Feargal also led teams developing new channels of distribution and managed expanding portfolios of SME and Corporate clients across Ireland. Feargal joins Capitalflow Commercial Finance as Head of Asset Based Lending.

Derry has extensive Commercial and Corporate Finance experience, providing financial solutions for SME's as Branch Manager at Ulster Bank Killarney and later as Senior Manager and Head of Business Development for the Mid-West Region in Ulster Bank Business and Corporate Banking. Derry a former President of Rotary International has an impressive record of supporting and being involved in the Business Community in Munster, as a member of the board of Directors of Tralee, Killarney and Limerick Chambers of Commerce and he chaired the Finance Committee of Limerick Chamber of Commerce for 7 years. Derry has also held Senior Management roles in Credit Risk Approval and Operational Risk.

Marc has over 8 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Banking, and Finance sectors. Marc began his career in Bank of Scotland’s Corporate Banking division and held a number of key positions. Marc was primarily responsible for establishing the Banks corporate presence in Ireland and developing financing solutions for SMEs in order to facilitate their growth. Between 2011-2014 Marc managed a loan portfolio of €300m within Certus (formerly BoSI). Marc was involved in the successful refinancing of the Banks corporate portfolio and delivering a range of consensual restructuring proposals for commercial customers on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group. Most recently Marc has worked with Bibby Financial Services, where he was engaged in driving the businesses Invoice Finance presence in Northern Ireland. In 2016 Marc was appointed Sales Director within Capitalflow.
