Ronan began his career with Bank of Scotland Asset Finance in Edinburgh in 1992 and joined the Bank in Dublin in 1996 to help establish its Asset Finance business. Ronan held roles as Head of Sales for Asset Finance and Motor Finance and he has passionately supported Irish SMEs for the past 20 years. For the past two years Ronan was employed as Managing Director of Bibby Financial Services in Ireland and was recently appointed as Managing Director of Capitalflow Commercial Finance.

Finian has 30 years of experience within Banking and Financial Services and has held a number of senior roles in Finance, Asset Finance, Regulatory Change and Credit Analytics. Working for Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Ltd, Finian built and led large professional teams in Finance as Group Financial Controller, Divisional Director Finance and Operations (Asset Finance), and as Divisional Director in Credit Analytics & Regulatory Change. Finian holds a BSc(Mgmt) from Trinity College and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Brian has over 20 years’ experience working as a finance professional. Brian has worked in both industry and the financial services sector. Brian has held a number of roles from Management Accountant to Group Financial Controller in a range of small, medium and large companies. Brian has also headed up the Invoice Discounting divisions in both Anglo Irish Bankcorp plc and Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited with strong experience in managing large portfolios both from an operational and risk perspective. Most recently, Brian was a Senior Business Development Manager in Bibby Financial Services (Ireland) Limited

Denis has over 18 years' experience within the Retail Credit, Asset Finance and Commercial Property areas and has held a variety of senior roles with financial service companies managing Credit, Operations and Relationship Management teams. Since 2010, Denis has worked extensively on restructuring residential, SME and corporate loan portfolios. He was Senior Manager – Client Credit Risk for Certus/Lloyds Banking Group where he had responsibility for the delivery of policy, process and regulatory changes within the Retail Credit area. Denis also worked with KPMG’s Risk Consulting team, based in the IFSC, where he was engaged on a number of Forensic and Regulatory Risk assignments with Irish lenders.

Feargal joined ICC Bank in 1989 and since then has built his career on lending to Small and Medium size business across Ireland. Feargal’s expertise ranges from Corporate Strategy to Sectoral Banking in areas such as Agriculture, Food, Hotels and SME family businesses.  Feargal also led teams developing new channels of distribution and managed expanding portfolios of SME and Corporate clients across Ireland. Feargal joins Capitalflow Commercial Finance as Head of Asset Based Lending.

Ronan has over 20 years’ experience in the Asset Finance and Bank sector.  Starting his career in AIB Finance & Leasing, with a move to Bank of Scotland in 1999 where he held key management positions within the Asset Finance division, from operations to leading the Asset Finance sales team into many different sectors of Asset Finance (Plant, Truck, Print, Vendor, Intermediary Brokers, Marine & Aviation Finance).  Between 2008 and 2011 Ronan successfully managed Bank of Scotland’s Regional Portfolio Team, re-structuring Asset Finance, Property & Dealer facilities.  In 2011 Ronan moved to Close Brothers Group where he helped launch, promote writing of new business and successfully manage a Regional Sales Team in the Asset Finance sector. In 2016 Ronan was appointed National Sales Director of Capitalflow’s Asset Finance Division.
