Welcome to the Capitaflow Company Update. We have hit the ground running in 2019 – continually surpassing targets month on month across all of our SME Business Lending Products – HP, Leasing, Refinancing, Invoice Discounting & Property Finance.

Our Asset Finance Team 

• The Asset Finance Team continues to exceed New Business volumes month or month. They have completed more than 4,500 deals to date to SME’s around Ireland.

                                                                           

• Two recent additions to the Asset Finance team complement our countrywide business coverage. Suzanne O’Neill, Sales Director in the Munster region and Richie Egan, Sales Director in the Leinster Region joining the team.

                                                                                     

• Congratulations to Ronan Kelly who celebrates 3 years with Asset Finance.
• The team are also rolling out a new Asset Finance Portal. The Portal will facilitate increased efficiencies in business deal processing for our sales team, customers, brokers and introducers.

• Our recent senior appointments to our Property Team. Paul Cunningham joins as Business Development Director. Ken Rooney joins as Regional Sales Director in the North East Region. The appointments strengthen further our team of decision makers & growth plans, with accelerated activity in Q1 whereby loans increased by 62% in Q1 2019 alone.

                                                         

• The team is actively creating a new Broker/Introducer fee based approach to incentivise further growth.
