The Carrigaline Court Hotel in Co. Cork is a well-known family run establishment in the suburb of Cork. Founded in 1998, the hotel has been a prominent feature in Carrigaline since then. It serves both the local community and the corporate trade located in the proximity, while also providing local employment to the bustling town. The hotel management team took the decision to embark on an extensive refurbishment plan to maintain and indeed grow their market position as lead hotelier in the area. However, they were unable to secure funding for their required needs from their existing finance provider. The management team approached Capitalflow who were in a position to provide the funding in the required timeframe.
