- the Corporate Customer;
- Representatives, intermediaries or brokers acting on behalf of the Corporate Customer;
- Third parties who provide services to the Corporate Customer (e.g. asset valuers, legal advisors, receivers, etc.) and who are authorised representatives of the Corporate Customer;
- Third parties who provide services to us (e.g. asset valuers).
On rare occasions, we may also gather your personal data directly in the event that we need to interact directly with you as part of the performance of our contract with the Corporate Customer.
