Key criteria includes:
- The borrower must be a limited company and/or for the purpose of term, bridging or pension loans
- Property must be located in an urban area of minimum 10,000 population
- Loan amounts are minimum of €200,000 and maximum of €10M on a single transaction
- Maximum LTV of 75%
