We lend up to 75% of the purchase price or value of the property (based on a red book valuation).

The minimum loan amount we lend is €250,000

Commercial property purchased for letting purposes.  This includes residential investments, Industrial, retail shops, offices, mixed use investments and the hospitality sector including hotels and pubs.

We look at each application on an individual basis.  We apply a common sense approach to assessing an application.  You can speak with one of our experienced Relationship Managers, who will advise you further.

Yes, we provide finance for refurbishment programmes.

Our rates vary, depending on the property type, the Loan-to-value (LTV) and the rental income from the property

The maximum loan term available is up to 7 years

Yes, it is a standard condition on all our loans, we require a Red book valuation addressed to Capitalflow, from one of our panel Valuers

Capitalflow relies on the following security items, First legal charge over the secured asset, a debenture over the assets of the Borrower, an assignment of the rents together with other security as a proposal merits
