Building Resilience at Capitalflow: A Programme for Life with Dr. Brian Pennie
At Capitalflow, we believe that when our people are supported to grow and thrive, everything else naturally follows. That’s why we were delighted to give a group of our colleagues the opportunity to take part in A Programme for Life — a transformative workshop series created and led by Dr. Brian Pennie, neuroscientist and resilience specialist.
Three Days of Reflection, Connection, and Growth
Over the course of three inspiring days in the beautiful surroundings of Ella House, Merrion Square, Dublin, our team stepped back from the day-to-day to focus on what really matters:
- Building self-awareness
- Developing emotional resilience
- Learning practical tools for managing stress
- Exploring the science of psychology and neuroscience
The workshops combined small group discussions, self-reflection exercises, experiential learning, and personal workbooks — creating space for colleagues to connect with themselves and each other.
Feedback has been hugely positive, with many describing the chance to pause, reset, and reconnect as invaluable.
Who is Dr. Brian Pennie?
Dr. Brian Pennie is a neuroscientist, lecturer, and resilience coach who works with some of Ireland’s leading CEOs and organisations. Drawing on his own inspiring personal story alongside proven scientific tools, Brian helps people to overcome limiting beliefs, unlock hidden potential, and bring more balance into their lives.
