Capitalflow Cork Leadership Lunch
Capitalflow recently hosted a business leadership event in Cork, bringing together customers, partners, brokers and business leaders from across the Munster region for an afternoon of discussion on leadership, culture and high performance.
The event opened with remarks from Stuart Curtin before a wide-ranging conversation featuring former Irish rugby international and coach Ronan O’Gara and business leader Feargal O’Rourke. The discussion was moderated by Ian Kehoe of The Currency and explored topics including building strong teams, fostering the right organisational culture, managing pressure and embracing challenges outside of one’s comfort zone.
Attendees heard candid insights from both speakers on leadership, resilience, business growth and the opportunities that lie ahead, drawing on their experiences at the highest levels of sport and business. The event attracted a full house, with members of the Cork and wider Munster business community gathering to network, exchange ideas and strengthen professional relationships.
The event concluded with closing comments from Colum Breslin, Chief Commercial Officer at Capitalflow, who reflected on the key themes discussed throughout the afternoon and reiterated the company’s commitment to supporting businesses across Cork and the wider Munster region.
The gathering also provided an opportunity for Capitalflow to celebrate 10 years in the Irish market and reaffirm the importance of the Munster region to its future growth. The company’s commitment to the region has been further strengthened through the appointment of Stuart Curtin as Lending Director for Munster, working alongside Asset Finance Regional Sales Director Enda Moynihan to provide dedicated local support to businesses, brokers and property investors. Complementing its established Asset Finance and Commercial Real Estate businesses, Capitalflow has also expanded its offering through Buy-to-Let lending and continues to explore new products as it pursues ambitious growth plans across the Irish market in the years ahead.
In thanking attendees for their support, we viewed the event as a valuable opportunity to connect with existing and prospective customers while reinforcing our commitment to the Munster market.
We would also like to express our appreciation to Feargal O’Rourke, Ronan O’Gara and moderator Ian Kehoe for their contributions to what we can only describe as a highly engaging and insightful afternoon for the region’s business community.
