Capitalflow Ladies Lunch

In celebration of International Womens’ Day on Friday, 8th March, the Capitalflow team was delighted to host a ladies lunch advocating the 2019 International Womens Day Theme #balanceforbetter

Research has repeatedly shown that balance is not a women’s issue, it’s a business issue. According to a McKinsey Report, a 10% increase in gender balance, results in 3.5% rise in earnings – now that has to be good news for everyone!
