Capitalflow / QRE Property Seminar

Our “Future Focus” Property Seminar took place on the 20th of September in the RDS, in front of a full house!

The event kicked off with talks from Conor Whelan from QRE and Shane Flood, Lending Director with Capitalflow’s Property Team, discussing Capitalflow’s product offerings and market outlook, followed by an insightful talk from Dermot O’Leary, Economist with Goodbody’s, who outlined the key ingredients for Property Investment, Brexit Outcome Scenarios and subsequent effects, and current income yields. The event finished up with a great rugby Q&A session with Hugo MacNeil and Neil Francis, who were positive Ireland’s world cup chances in Japan.
