Capitalflow is delighted to be partnering with The Real Deal 2018 which took place on Thursday, 11 October in Goffs, Kildare. This conference focused on critical strategic decisions faced by privately-owned businesses and aims to demystify the options available to SME Ireland. Delegates learned from the experience of some of Ireland’s most prominent business leaders on how to successfully navigate through corporate transactions, and had the opportunity to network with other delegates.

Matt Copper hosted four panel discussions which will cover MBOs, Succession Planning, Funding for Growth and Growth by Acquisition and Integration for SME’s.

Growth by Acquisitions and Integration – Gary McGann (ex-CEO Smurfit), Tina McEnzie (Staffline group) and David Robinson (ex Valeo and currently Associate partner with Renatus).
